Loved it mostly because of the people. Customer service is non existent. They never reply and if they do it’s some copied and pasted scripted “we will pass this along to yada yada” and nothing gets done. They had a huge Christmas event. Made a ton of money and then a couple of weeks later pulled regular weekly event, battle passes, daily superb packs, and took away battle passes we paid for before the timer was up. So we were scammed for the battle passes that we paid for. Some people have requested refunds for this and when Apple/Google gives them their money back the game puts them in negative credits and you can’t build/research or do anything in game without buying credit packs to get you back in the positive. Which should be illegal since the refund was for goods not received. When asking customer service about it via in game support and through email no one within the game hasn’t been provided an actual human response other than they’ll announce soon or some other scripted nonsense. It’s been three weeks and still no announcement. Pretty sure they’re waiting for the 90 days since the Christmas event to pass before closing the servers but don’t want to actually state that for the people still gullible enough to pay the expensive packs that are still left to buy. ### 1/5 — Developers ignore issues *2026-01-28, version 1.250.632* I’ve been messaging the games customer service team for over a month. Other than that you can play and grow in this game without spending any real money and no ads. It’s very detailed content and the seasons progress for long term entertainment. Theres always something to do and different side missions. Truly an amazing strategy game, you can build your game so many different ways for better outcomes and different advantages. I’d say the only downside is the customer service if the game glitches which I haven’t experienced yet but have been told by other players it’s hard to get ahold of a developer to help. Other than that you also get to make real friends and work together as a community. Juste incroyable j’ai fait des rencontres merveilleuses, le jeu traduis toutes les langues et honnêtement c’est plutôt bien traduis. Jeu de stratégie, qui nécessite une certaine vigueur et aussi beaucoup d’entraide. C’est le premier jeu auquel je joue où je ne me lasse pas au bout d’un mois et que je communique régulièrement avec d’autres personnes. Au fur et à mesure des saisons le jeu a réellement évolué et il n’y a même plus de ponts. Juste petit bémol, les joueurs qui investissent énormément ( des dizaines de milliers d’euros ) dans le jeu ont un énorme écart de niveaux avec les autres joueurs. C’est logique mais vraiment dommage, heureusement que ces joueurs sont quand même assez bien repartis sur les différentes planètes.
