## What is Build muscle?

You don't need a gym to look bigger in your clothes.

VTaper is a 90-day at-home challenge that trains only the muscles that actually show in a fitted shirt — shoulders, upper chest, arms and upper back. No legs. No abs. No equipment. Just the frame people see.

Take one photo a day in a fixed frame. VTaper builds it into a before-and-after you can actually see. Because change is invisible day to day, we only reveal your progress weekly — and at Day 30, 60 and 90 — when it's real.

Bodyweight training fills out your chest, arms, back and posture — the V-taper illusion that makes a t-shirt sit right. Shoulder width is load-dependent, so that's what the optional band track is for. We tell you which is which.
