Setup your goals: number of meals in your plan, protein, carbs & fat, then either plan your meals yourself or let BuildMyDiet generate them for you. If you need a last minute change to your plan: no worries. At any time, you can substitute any food of your plan by the selection of your choice.

Recipes
> to easily get macros per serving for all your recipes
> it creates a new food item being a serving of your recipe :) 

Settings
> set up your target macros 
> Create Food > create as many food items as you need
> Manage Food to:
	>> edit your favorites
	>> edit the macros of any existing item (long press on the name from the popup) 
	>> remove any items permanently by sliding to the left
