## What is BuilderBase?

BUILDERS

Builders communicate with clients, skilled trades, municipalities, etc. BuilderBase software is explicitly created for builders by builders. It makes your builds easier. Organize everything online from contracts, trade quotes, and even client selections. All online, all BuilderBase!

RENOVATORS

Renovators interact with clients and handling numerous skilled trades, permits, etc. BuilderBase helps make renovating projects manageable. Clients are aware of progress changes, online budgets, and allowances, trade quotes; even client selections are all handled and organized online by BuilderBase.

User Permissions
 - BuilderBase has multiple roles that each have different permissions. The role are Builder, Project Manager, Admin and View Only.
Expense Tracker
- Upload and track all expenses related to the project so that you can see the impact to the margin.
Product Selection
- You can upload all product selections to each milestone. Clients can select what they want and upload their own choices if you allow it.
Timelines and Reports
- You get a clear visual timeline that shows you exactly when milestones are happening. Reports are provided to you to get you the information you need.
Interactive Plan Mark-up
- Upload the floor plan and then allow your clients to drag and drop selections right onto the floor plans. You can download the mark-up and share it with your trades.
Custom Branding
- BuilderBase allows you to upload your company logo. You also get a custom domain name for your clients, for example: https://buildername.builderbase.com.
