Deserves 0 stats ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-05-03, version 14.0.1* The iOS app is outdated, user-unfriendly, and desperately needs a complete overhaul. Logging in is a frustrating ordeal—I can never access my account on the first attempt and must repeatedly close and reopen the app. It fails to save login details, forcing me to manually enter my full email address and PIN every time. There’s no modern biometric support, such as FaceID, which makes the app feel archaic. As someone using Builders for my RCS card, I dread interacting with this app due to its cumbersome login process, which often takes several minutes. In 2025, it’s unacceptable that the app cannot save basic information like card details or email addresses—it feels like a relic from the past. I cannot recommend this app to anyone. In fact, I plan to revert to using my physical card, as if we’re back in the 1990s, just to avoid this app entirely. I’ll be deleting it right after submitting this review. ### 1/5 — No ID? *2025-04-16, version 14.0.1* Struggle to register it does not recognise my ID don't know why you need to register your ID thy just collecting your personal information ### 1/5 — The most pathetic app *2025-04-03, version 14.0.1* I can never log in — it constantly tells me “authentication has failed.” So I have to try repeatedly, over and over, while saying a few prayers in between. Honestly, this is by far the most pathetic app I’ve ever used. On the rare occasion it does let me in, the slider to make a payment is completely useless. Why can’t I just manually enter the amount? Instead, I’m back to praying the slider magically lands on the amount I want. All I want to do is make a payment - simple, right? But instead, it throws an error almost every time. This has been an ongoing problem. If this app belonged to me, I’d be genuinely embarrassed to hand it to clients. ### 1/5 — Mr *2025-03-28, version 14.0.1* Your app takes time to do everything.
