## What is Building Blocks Master?

This is a building block app.
It can be played safely by people of all ages, from young children to seniors.
In particular, a sample is included by default so that it can be enjoyed as a block-breaking game. Of course, you can also enjoy using your own created building blocks as a block-breaking game.

Main features are as follows:

1. There are 14 different building block shapes.
2. In addition to solid colors, you can choose from 14 different textures for the block surfaces.
3. An infinite number of solid colors can be set.
4. Blocks can be easily added up, down, left, right, and right.
5. Blocks can be added continuously with a long press tap gesture.
6. The shape and orientation of blocks can be changed later.
7. The size (length, width, and height) can be freely changed.
8. The surrounding (wall) colors can be selected from 10 options, including 6 realistic backgrounds and 4 solid colors, allowing you to enjoy a unique world view.
9. You can export your masterpiece as a PNG file via screenshot. 
10. With the video creation mode, you can record and publish videos of your completed creations and the process of creating them.
11. Since gravity is not applied, you can set blocks while they are still in the air.
12. Since gravity can be applied later, you can have fun destroying your creations all at once and then recreating them.
13. With the block-breaking mode, you can enjoy it as a game.
14. With the AR mode, you can create and display creations in real space.

This simple building block app fosters limitless creativity.

### 4.0 — 2026-07-24

We have significantly improved the features and usability compared to previous versions.
The main improvements are as follows:

1　Blocks can now be added using a button.
2　Resolved issues that occurred when applying gravity.
3　Removed the gesture-based left and right menus on iPad; the menus are now permanently displayed at the top of the screen.
4　Added support for iPad multitasking, allowing for free adjustment of the app window size.
5　Fixed an issue where grid lines were not displayed in AR mode.
6　Enabled scaling (zooming in/out) of objects using pinch gestures in AR mode.
Various other changes have also been made.

### 3.0 — 2025-10-02

Compared to previous versions, we've made significant improvements to functionality and operability.
The main improvements are as follows:

A Major Feature Additions
1. Blocks can now be displayed in AR (Augmented Reality).
2. Previously, the color of the surroundings (walls) in the virtual space was fixed to a single color. Now, you can choose from a total of 10 colors, including six realistic backgrounds and four simple colors.
3. A dedicated block-breaking mode has been added. This makes Breakout easier to enjoy as a game, including improved operability.

B Expansion and Changes to Previous Features
1. Eight block shapes have been added, and two have been removed. A total of 15 shapes can be selected. (Removed: Ring, Capsule)
2. The surface materials for blocks other than simple colors have been completely revised, bringing the total to 14.
3. A recording (manual recording) option has been added to video creation. You can freely record your operation.
4. Blocks can be scaled along the X, Y, and Z axes. The detailed block settings (such as outer and inner diameters) that were previously possible are no longer available.
5. Adding or deleting blocks is no longer possible after gravity has been added.
6. The available floor colors have been revised.
7. The samples have been revised. You can choose from four foundation samples to help you build your own, and six block-breaking-specific samples. The block-breaking-specific samples in particular allow you to enjoy block-breaking games solo or with friends right from the start.

Several other changes have been made.

### 2.1 — 2024-10-04

Fixed a bug that could cause unnecessary elements to appear in the image when outputting an image of a created work to Photo/Album.

### 2.0 — 2023-09-19

We have made significant improvements to the functionality and user experience compared to previous versions. Here are the key improvements:
1. We have added four new block shapes: pipe, cone, ring, and capsule.
2. Three new surface materials (fabric, stone, rusted iron) have been introduced for blocks.
3. You can now adjust the size of blocks freely, including height, width, radius, and more, depending on their shape.
4. Blocks can be added continuously with a long-press tap gesture.
5. We have added a block movement feature.
6. When applying gravity to your creations, you can now selectively remove blocks. Now you can enjoy it as a block breaking game.
Additionally, we've made several other changes to enhance the app. Due to these updates, we have also modified the overall app UI.
