## What is Building Defects Tracker?

Building Defects Tracker keeps your defect list, from the walk-through to the finished PDF. Now in four languages: English, German, French and Italian.

Add rooms, record defects with a photo and a note, tick them off. At the end you get a clean report you can pass on.

FOUR LANGUAGES
• Interface and PDF report in English, German, French and Italian
• The app follows your device language
• Trade terms follow Swiss usage: defect, handover and acceptance, warranty, contractor, owner

HOW YOU WORK
• Create a project: an apartment, a house or a building site, with address
• Add rooms and sort them in your own order
• Record defects: title, note, deadline, as many photos as you need
• Mark as resolved, and the date is kept

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
• Take a photo directly or choose one from your photo library
• Several images per defect, full screen, each one removable
• The images appear in the report, not just in the list

THE REPORT
• A4 PDF with header, summary and page numbers
• One section per room, one block per defect with status and photos
• Pass it on to the site manager, contractors or property management

OVERVIEW
• Progress per project and per room
• Filter: all, open, resolved
• Overdue deadlines stand out at once
• Each room gets its own symbol, in the report too

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
• Export everything: projects, rooms, defects and photos in one backup file
• Import it all again, adding to or replacing what is there
• No account, no cloud, no lock-in
• New device or reinstall: import the backup and carry on

SET-UP
• Standard rooms in one tap: kitchen, bathroom, utility room, cellar and more
• Light, dark or follow the device, plus a compact list view

WHO IT IS FOR
Buyers at apartment handover, site managers and tradespeople on site, property managers at tenant changeover.

PRIVACY
No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics. The app makes no network connection: all data and photos stay on your device. What you have recorded, you can take with you in full at any time.

Free.
