They blame apple and google for it not working. **Developer response:** Hello! Thanks for your comment. We sent out a mass email to all admins letting them know there was a planned outage to prepare the system for the upcoming school year. The system was down for 10 days prior to the school year starting. As of two days ago everything was operational and we sent a second mass email out. We hope you have an amazing, safe school year.
