Building Share is a simple and practical app for calculating a property’s share of building expenses.

Enter the ownership share and the total budget, and the app instantly calculates how much that fraction should pay. You can also split the amount across different monthly periods, save frequently used fractions and share the results quickly.

The app also includes a reverse calculation tool: enter the amount paid by a fraction and estimate the corresponding total budget.
