They will spam advertising through support tickets that you can’t disable, can’t avoid, and will send notifications via email, text, and the app. There’s no way to opt out, there’s no way to avoid it. No way to export conversations. *2026-07-01* This app forces tens to do the work of categorizing and organizing request that should be time spent by the management company. Tenant shouldn’t be required to do this work. That said if you have any issue with your rental agency, you have no way to export the conversations in this app, so you have zero legal recourse, unless you take screenshots of every single conversation. Horrible for tenants and another way business keeps control in the owners. Lorsque vous choisissez la catégorie du ticket, si vous mettez un peu trop de temps à choisir, l’application crash. D’ailleurs elle crash pas mal et des fois elle veut juste pas s’ouvrir tout court.
