Not even a login screen ### 1/5 — Too Many App Crashes *2025-12-27* Every single time that I try to open a new ticket the app crashes when selecting options using the “wheel” dials that the app uses. This has been going on since forever. Also, the form fields always default to lowercase at the start of a sentence. Come on! Feels like they don’t even test the app, let alone use it themselves. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2025-10-20, version 1.5.17* Not user friendly. Can’t even open a ticket without it crashing. ### 1/5 — Insatisfaite *2025-08-29* Problème pour enregistrer mes informations bancaires, je veux le retrait dans mon compte chèque, mais il faut que je recommence à chaque mois d’entrée mes informations bancaires sinon il est automatiquement retiré dans mon compte épargne. Quand je demande de l’aide ils me répondent d’entrer mes infos manuellement et d’enregistrer, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. I tried to reset the password but it doesn’t send me the link to reset to my email. I tried to reactivate the account - It says I already have an account. Now I mysteriously receive an error message saying “no user found” this coincided with a ticket that remained unresolved, by my landlord, for months. I cannot submit maintenance requests. I submitted personal information into Building Stack app. How did my account just poof vanish? This is a privacy breach! If I could give Building Stack lower than 1 star I would. I am sure Building Stack works fine for landlords. The landlords are likely the ones who rated it 4.6 stars. Though, for tenants, Building Stack is unreliable and full of bugs. ### 1/5 — Payment issue *2025-01-01, version 1.4.42* The payment option seems to disappear from the menu every month. All the options like amenities, dashboard, perks etc remain but not the payment option. They will spam advertising through support tickets that you can’t disable, can’t avoid, and will send notifications via email, text, and the app. There’s no way to opt out, there’s no way to avoid it. No way to export conversations. *2026-07-01* This app forces tens to do the work of categorizing and organizing request that should be time spent by the management company. Tenant shouldn’t be required to do this work. That said if you have any issue with your rental agency, you have no way to export the conversations in this app, so you have zero legal recourse, unless you take screenshots of every single conversation. Horrible for tenants and another way business keeps control in the owners. Nope. ### 1/5 — Good app bad company *2026-06-17* The app itself is fine, but they use the work order ticket section to send you advertisements. ### 1/5 — Inutilisable *2026-06-17* Lors de la rédaction d’un ticket, si votre texte fait plus 4 lignes, vous ne voyez plus les lignes suivantes. Lorsque vous choisissez la catégorie du ticket, si vous mettez un peu trop de temps à choisir, l’application crash. D’ailleurs elle crash pas mal et des fois elle veut juste pas s’ouvrir tout court.
