### 2/5 — Poor Image Adjustment

*2026-07-19, version 3.9.39*

Most of what people are using BuildingLink for seems to be to sell items on the building marketplace. However, in the app, you only see a narrow bar/partial image of each listing, which can’t be enlarged. Defeats the purpose.

### 2/5 — Bad web views

*2026-07-14, version 3.9.39*

You have to fix your web views specifically for the messaging functionality. The native navigation bar blocks the send button on iPhone 17

### 2/5 — Need to be better

*2026-06-01, version 3.9.37*

Everytime i need to contact the person in posting i have to go to web as no option in app and even on app nothing happens. At this point i am done with thjs app

### 2/5 — Unable to change property

*2026-04-23, version 3.9.35*

Do you know how to change the account in the BuildingLink app after moving to another apartment? You have to delete the app, clear the cache, reboot your iPad, and install it again. Not having multi-account support in 2026 is ridiculous. The app works, but it looks like it’s from 2011.

### 4/5 — Overall functional/useful

*2026-02-13, version 3.9.30*

Would you please get rid of shake to report a bug for another star? I often try to check my packages on my runs as I’m getting back to my building. It’s impossible with the “report a bug” pop up. At least make it optional in preferences.

### 1/5 — Crashing-New Update!

*2026-02-05, version 3.9.30*

App is CRASHING On iOS 15.8.6
THE APP WONT OPEN.
PLEASE Fix this ASAP with A New Update!!

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2026-02-02, version 3.9.30*

From the resident standpoint the app is very cumbersome to use. Logging in is glitchy. Appearance upon opening the app looks like 1996. Not at all modern looking. It is not possible to update bulletin board items which remain for months and months. When submitting repair requests, multiple email confirmations are received for one request.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2026-01-30, version 3.9.30*

This app is absolutely garbage and i’m sorry if your building is making you download and use it like mine is. The user interface is so poorly designed and so irritating to navigate. The profile settings are so minimal and they never work or stay to the setting you adjusted them to. The push notifications are insane from the marketplace section, and you can’t even create mail accounts to contact people for their ads. I’ve even found grammatical errors in certain areas
of the app. Such a terrible app.

### 1/5 — App don’t work

*2026-01-16, version 3.9.30*

I still can’t login

### 2/5 — Not easy to make corrections

*2025-12-25, version 3.9.30*

I was not able to come back on what I had written in order to correct errors I had to delete everything and retype again.

### 1/5 — Cannot log into the app

*2025-12-24, version 3.9.30*

Something is not working after your latest update. I can no longer log into my account on the app-only on the web. If I log out on the web, I can no longer get into that version either unless I change my password. I just changed my password 3 times. This is terrible. Can you fix this. I would like to be able to use the app.

### 2/5 — Crashing-New Update!

*2025-12-13, version 3.9.30*

I’m on iOS 15.8.5 -
i just downloaded your New Update.
Now THE APP WONT OPEN.
PLEASE Fix this with A New Update!!

### 1/5 — primitive / old

*2025-12-12, version 3.9.30*

Extremely old and primitive. Feels like from 2010

### 1/5 — This app sucks

*2025-12-10, version 3.9.30*

Why does everything take one year to load

### 4/5 — Photo

*2025-12-10, version 3.9.30*

Selecting photo is limit and confusing

### 1/5 — Won’t update password

*2025-11-03, version 3.9.26*

I couldn’t remember my password so I’ve tied reseeding it 4 times and though it appears to take my new password. It still does not recognize it when I try to login. Says incorrect username/password. This happened to me last time (about a year ago) so I stopped using it but it’s the only way to have the building fix issues - so this needs to work!

### 1/5 — All Does not work ???

*2026-07-23, version 3.9.39*

All Does not work ???

### 1/5 — Old (fake?) 5-star reviews, botched migration & useless app regressing Repair Requests functions

*2026-07-14, version 3.9.39*

My building HOA sadly pays to use this barely functional app & website which has so many bugs/feature regressions (ie: Mobile Safari: 100% CSS menu transparency making readability impossible, notification emails that mention maintenance staff attachments that users can’t access (why is there not even a link to view the ticket from the email??), inability to see historical Repair Requests in app, hiding opening Repair Requests- previously this was easy to do from the Home screen, etc.) All of this I’ve reported in detail previously & while Support is responsive, “R&D” doesn’t seem to care to prioritize fixing any of this (& it’s been YEARS now). They also randomly changed my user name with NO USER NOTIFICATION in their botched“migration” & just told me to create a new account (which conveniently removes my ability to show all my prior Repair Requests that our building maintenance likes to immediately close with no resolution to fake their metrics. I asked for a simple export of these old tickets & Building Link couldn’t even find them, LoL. What a joke of a migration). The only reason I use the app is for managing Repair Requests & viewing the Community Board but the app barely functions for that & one has to use the website, but even that doesn’t work for Repair Requests (even in Chrome- you just get a blank screen). In summary, Building Link just doesn’t care & a new solution is really needed. I will be petitioning our board to drop Building Link & stop paying for this slop.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t open

*2026-06-27, version 3.9.38*

This app does not open since the last update.. blank page.. Get a 15 year old to to fix it and run smoothly

### 1/5 — Recent update terrible

*2026-06-07, version 3.9.37*

After the recent update, they got rid of the option to contact people about marketplace postings. I need to go to the website directly in order to send a message. The mobile app website for buildinglink is also terrible. Bad layout and UI. It was much better before but the recent updates ruined everything.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-06-06, version 3.9.37*

Doesn’t recognize username or password

### 1/5 — Syncing

*2026-04-08, version 3.9.33*

Please modernize this app. It keeps having problems

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2026-04-08, version 3.9.33*

I reset the password many many time. Reset password will send another email but can’t login. User ID is randomly generated and the original e-mail as ID is no longer an option. Till now 30mins, I am still unable to reset my password.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-03-11, version 3.9.33*

Outdated and works half the time. No investment whatsoever in improvements. Just horrible

### 1/5 — Notification Garbage

*2026-03-09, version 3.9.33*

The email notification toggle does not work. My inbox is bombarded every day with building listing notifications, even though I turn them off everyday. Very annoying, especially since I want to use my main email for building notifications.

### 1/5 — Buggy and Slow

*2026-02-17, version 3.9.31*

This app just no longer loads on my phone. I get a blank loading screen forever. It’s not a VPN problem - turning off my VPN doesn’t change anything. It’s not an account problem - I can login just fine on the web browser. My phone is relatively new and the iOS is updated. Inexplicably - nothing.

When it did work, it was slow.
