PRIVACY FIRST
Your workouts, meals, body data, and photos stay on your device. No servers, no analytics SDKs, no trackers. The app's only network calls: anonymous food lookups on OpenFoodFacts, and — only if you opt in and tap the button — sending your shopping list to your own Kroger cart. Progress photos are never uploaded. Siri runs on device.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.1.0 — 2026-08-10

• Log sets the way you actually lift: "Log all N" now opens every set as its own row — different reps and weight per set, pre-filled from last time. Pyramids, ramps, drop sets: welcome. • Tell the AI what you're training today. Pick muscle groups — or exact areas like lats, rear delts, or upper chest — and Today's AI Workout Plan builds around them, spots patterns ("upper chest untouched in 3 weeks"), and offers same-muscle alternatives you can swap in with one tap. • Training everything in one day? Fine by us — but if you train several days a week, the app now gently notes that splitting muscle groups across days recovers better. Your call, always. • The full nutrition label, tracked: fiber, sugar, saturated fat, sodium, cholesterol, and potassium — from barcode scans, food search, manual logs, and your recipes — with goal-aware limits (endurance athletes get a higher sodium ceiling) and Apple Health sync. Scans and lookups capture everything the label provides automatically, and the manual log can now find your food and fill in every number for you. • Shop your list at Hannaford, Shaw's, Price Chopper/Market 32, and Amazon — your region's chains now lead the store picker. • A "Muscles hit" card during workouts, per-set voice logging, and the usual round of fixes.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-07-14

Building Routines 2.0 — now everywhere you train.
• On iPad and Mac, with proper split-view navigation on the big screen.
• Guided cardio: walk-run starter, tempo runs, 4×4 intervals, sprint pyramids, bike and rower sessions — a hands-free timer counts you through every segment and logs it to your history.
• Meet Coach: a weekly call on your training — add weight, hold steady, or deload — computed from your readiness and your last two weeks, with the exact numbers. Included in Complete.
• Your rest timer lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island; today's workout sits on your Home Screen as a widget.
• On Apple Watch, pick the exercise right on your wrist — sets arrive on your iPhone already attributed. Repeat your last set, exercise included, in one tap.
• Progress photos — private, on-device, never uploaded — with a then-vs-now compare beside your weight trend.
• Ask Siri: "What's my workout today?", "Log my weight", "Start a workout."
• Simple mode now declutters the Nutrition, Analytics, and Diet screens too.
• Meal and hydration reminders now have separate schedules — dial either down to once a day.
• Shop your list at Kroger: connect your own account and send items straight to your cart. Plus everything from 1.2: pantry savings, Budget Saver, kitchen reference, yoga flows, and live Watch heart rate on your phone.
• Fixes: the Complete annual plan now loads and can be purchased, iPad navigation responds reliably in every orientation, and lists are sorted alphabetically throughout.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-08

Training, food, and now your wallet — all working together.
• Send your shopping list straight to your Kroger cart — sign in once with your own Kroger account and it's filled for pickup or delivery. Plus one-tap product search at 11 grocery chains, and list handoff to apps like Samsung Food.
• Live heart rate from Apple Watch on your phone's workout screen. One tap asks the Watch to start streaming.
• One-tap wrist logging: repeat your last set instantly; the crown logger starts from your last set.
• The meal planner shows your savings: pantry ingredients come off the shopping list with the dollars they save, and a running total grows plan after plan.
• Budget Saver: swaps premium items for everyday equivalents (salmon → canned tuna) and favors the least-expensive recipes that still hit your macros.
• Optional weight & BMI tracking with a 90-day trend and Apple Health sync — off by default, always on-device.
• Yoga: its own Library category, 40 poses with step-by-step how-tos, and five guided flows.
• Kitchen reference: instant conversions and ingredient substitutes, built in.
• Faster workout entry: edit sets right in the list, log a finished workout by voice and get tomorrow's plan built from it, new Simple mode, and safer age-aware weight suggestions.
As always: no account required, no ads, and your data never leaves your device.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-02

Train smarter, recover better, log effortlessly. Voice logging + a smarter set logger, a free Recovery suite (yoga, stretching, sore-area relief), smarter nutrition costs, and the first multi-week Programs.

Programs module — multi-week, progressive-overload programs that auto-advance week to week (on-device, no server).
Widgets — WidgetKit Home/Lock Screen widgets (today's workout, streak, quick water).
Daily readiness score — sleep + resting-HR/HRV from Health → a morning readiness number that nudges the AI plan toward a deload when under-recovered.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with Purchasing Complete Annual.
- Fixed an issue with being able to see the exercise detail if selecting an exercise from within the workout screen.
