## What is BuildScope?

Brain dump the job. BuildScope builds the scope.

Talk it or type it, however it comes out on site. BuildScope turns messy notes into a proper Scope of Works: sectioned by trade or by room, with quantities, units and rates you can edit, and a PDF you can send to the client the same day.

Built for Australian builders and tradies who quote real work.

WHAT IT DOES

Brain dump by voice or text. Describe the job the way you would to a mate on site. No forms, no questionnaires.

Get a sectioned scope. Every scope opens with PRELIMINARIES, then the trades in build order, or one section per room if you prefer.

Price it your way. Edit any quantity, unit or rate inline. Add your margin and GST once in your defaults and every job follows.

PC and PS kept separate. Prime Cost and Provisional Sum allowances are tagged properly, never mixed up.

Export a real quote. A cover letter with your company details, the full scope, your exclusions and clarifications, and a client acceptance page with signature fields. PDF or CSV.

Scope only when you need it. Turn pricing off and send the wording alone.

Your jobs, everywhere. Job history syncs with the BuildScope website, so a scope you start on site is on your desk when you get back.

Your branding. Company details, licence number, logo and document colours all come through on the PDF.
