El is an amazing coach and this app is super helpful for me to stay up to date with all my plans, communicate with her whenever I need to and always the perfect accountability tool 💕

Such a simple app to use to track food, both macros and calories. My online coach can adds my custom workout plans through this app. I check in daily providing info on steps water mood etc. Overall very useful training app I recommend highly!
