Start from zero. Build businesses, buy properties, earn rent, and put your earnings back to work.

Built to Own is a business and wealth simulation game that takes you from your first paycheck toward an empire of your own. Work for your starting capital, grow your companies, own rental properties, and build new income streams through investments. Work toward your dream collection of cars, private jets, and yachts.

BUY PROPERTY AND EARN RENT
Choose from 16 real-estate properties and earn recurring rent while you own them. Track gross rent, maintenance costs, and net rental income in the game. Reinvest your rental earnings in more properties and businesses to grow your portfolio.

INVEST AND GROW YOUR INCOME
Explore 15 fictional stocks and 10 cryptoassets. Follow price charts, decide when to buy or sell, and earn extra income from dividend-paying stocks. See your portfolio value, cost basis, unrealized gains or losses, and accumulated investment income. Markets can rise or fall; discover how your decisions play out in the game.

EARN YOUR START
Work active shifts, tap for in-game cash, and level up your earning power. Unlock Gold Mine to strike gold-veined ore, or steer a harvester through wheat in Harvest. Each optional experience unlocks permanently after two completed rewarded ads. Your ad progress is saved, and the default Tap experience is available without ads.

BUILD YOUR BUSINESS EMPIRE
Open companies across 11 industries. Equip operations, hire employees and managers, and balance revenue, wages, operating costs, and net profit. Fund each business, plan its automation, and manage its working capital as you grow.

OWN YOUR DREAM COLLECTION
Collect 70 original showroom assets: 30 cars, 16 aircraft, 12 marine craft, and 12 rare collectibles. Build a collection of luxury cars, private jets, and yachts, and watch your in-game net worth grow.

DESIGN YOUR SIGNATURE CARD
Make your fictional Game Account Card your own in Card Studio. Mix cosmetic bodies, patterns, and emblems without changing your earning power.

KEEP GROWING WHILE AWAY
Return to a clear summary of up to 8 hours of business activity, rent, and scheduled dividends. Businesses need available working capital and productive capacity to operate; they pause when their funds run out. Gold Mine, Harvest, and active shifts pause while you are away.

YOUR PACE, YOUR CHOICES
• Play in English or Turkish on iPhone and iPad
• Choose one of four fictional economy profiles and display values in USD, EUR, GBP, or TRY
• Optional rewarded ads only; no forced ad breaks
• No sign-in, loans, bankruptcy, negative cash balance, or energy limits
• Local saves; progress does not actively sync between devices
• Fictional economy and markets; no real money or investment advice
