I can tell the sound the tone of their voice that they are sick of me calling or texting then, no more than I am , I call the fraud department and they say no block to call my bank then my bank says to call the fraud. To make it simple just put a message to check Y or N that goes to fraud to clear my account up daily. Way more intuitive than previous first volunteer bank app. Operates and looks like something a national bank like capital one would have! They could not even cash a $13,000 check yesterday the day before a holiday weekend. One of many issues! Opened a new account at another bank yesterday. Mobile check deposits get rejected when there’s plenty of money in the account that it is drawn on. I’ve tried for the last 6 months and it still doesn’t work. Why should I do that it’s my check and it’s my account I sign my name. I have an account Bank of America usually I sign my name that’s all you don’t require anything ### 2/5 — Transfers *2026-07-31, version 3.36.0* Since they updated the app, to transfer an amount you have to type it all out where as the old version you didn’t. It did it for you. Also when you transfer you have to really look at which account is shown. It blends all together now. The old version was way better. Switch it back. ### 2/5 — Bill pay *2025-11-08, version 3.28.2* Once you are in the Builtwell app there is no need for another security authentication to change/add/edit a bill payee.
