Neurodiverse baddie here… female and diagnosed in my mid-30s… IYKYK 🤪
About five months ago, I found COMO Bujo through an online source for the neurodiverse community, impulsively downloaded it and bought the VIP package. Plot twist 😂 I didn’t start using it until last week and I’m kicking myself because I wasted so much time and energy trying other digital planners that left me overstimulated.
I’m no doctor, but I believe I’m a visual/tactile learner, so finding an organizational tool that my brain clicks with, and that I actually want to come back to… is HUGE. I can see and organize everything in one place without feeling overwhelmed. I can switch between my day, week, month, and year while keeping track of my calendar, lists, assignments, habits, mood, journal entries, and so much more.
I also love how the app subtly repeats my goals throughout the planner. It gives my brain an “Oh yeah!” feeling instead of an “Oh snap!” feeling. I’ve only used COMO Bujo for a week, but it has already given my brain a cushion of support I hadn’t found elsewhere. 😊

The only app I’ve ever reviewed
It is so evident that so much thought and love was put into this app! I hope it never gets taken off of the App Store. Absolute game changer for a calendar for me! It has just enough creativity to feel more quirky than Google calendar, but it’s not so complicated to where it’s overwhelming.

Sooo glitchy - makes me consider another app
This is the only app that allowed me to set aside my beloved paper planner. It’s formatted like a paper planner and it’s the only one of its kind. I subbed for a year immediately. However, useful features are so glitchy. They have not been resolved despite multiple outreach to the developers. I am currently testing out other apps because despite how good the potential is, I get frustrated everyday. This is the only time I submitted an app review in my whole life since this is so bittersweet for me.
