However, at checkout, we’re only given 3 options; none of which is from a bank I bank with. The caller is adamant about explaining the error different from what, first, is demonstrated in the email I sent over the weekend; second, my verbal reiteration as we walked through the payment process TOGETHER on the phone. After which, I hung up before exploding. So absurd! Then, they tried calling me back and, I’m like, what’s the point? First, I picked up & hang up a few times. Then, I just let the phone ring. Let them discuss it amongst themselves and MAYBE other Bukalapakers who experience or have experienced the same dilemma. Fingers crossed: this time tomorrow, it’ll be figured out.
