Can’t even log in error for every little thing I can’t post a profile picture it can’t even find my location. This app is for IOS only and I’m using an iPhone 16 pro max SO WHATS THR ISSUE???

I was privately dmd by the company to join the app & I thought it seemed cool so I did but I’ve been waitlisted ever since. Not sure what that means or how long it lasts for but I don’t think you should contact people, suggesting they get the app if they won’t be able to use it straight away. If I had known I’d have to wait, I wouldn’t have bothered with the set up. I’m sure it works well for people who are actually able to use it

The app does not allow you to connect your Instagram, even though it asks you for permission to manage your Facebook account. It sends an error message stating that you have no social media is connected to your Facebook account, which should be your Instagram and I clearly do because I use the same Facebook page for all of my brand apps and influencer UTC apps for some reason it doesn’t toggle to this app and most of the brand deals you need at least a certain amount of followers in order to opt into the campaign. I have yet been able to connect my socials to this app.

I did two campaigns never got paid. I did a campaign with the peppersaurus company got them a couple views then the deactivated their instagram page or block me idk. This app not worth it for content creators don’t waste your time

I had 2 collaborations using this app. The first was in London so I set the UGC fee and made the trip to London with my mum and we were so excited and had been looking forward to the collab for ages and when we got there the shop was closed. Bulba didn’t inform me of this and weren’t helpful at all. Then I drove 2 and a half hours to my next collaboration, again the fee was set to cover the licence which would ultimately cover the costs. The brand purchased my content however due to a technical error it stated that my followers were under 5k which means you aren’t entitled to a payment however I have 6.5k followers and this was down to a glitch. This meant that I was out of pocket another £200. The company are unhelpful and didn’t offer to cover this cost as it was down to them. Don’t bother with this app it’s a waste of time and money

1. Business Being Closed:
 On Bulba, businesses are responsible for setting their own availability — days, times, and even marking holidays or unavailable dates — directly from their calendar. Once a creator books a date, the business receives an instant email and the collab is added to their calendar. Unfortunately, in rare cases (less than 0.1% of 22,000+ collaborations to date), a business forgets and closes early or miscommunicates with staff — something we’ve worked hard to prevent with built-in reminders and calendar syncing.
That said, this situation is clearly explained in the app FAQ, including our £30 fixed reimbursement policy for travel and time. Many creators who’ve faced similar issues have reached out and received it, and we would have been happy to assist had we been contacted via support.
2. UGC Fee vs. Gifted Collaboration:
 The price you refer to is your own UGC (User Generated Content) license fee, which brands can pay only if they choose to purchase your content rights for their own ads or use. This is clearly stated in the app during the collaboration process. Your collaboration was gifted — meaning the brand offered an experience in return for a post. No creator is ever paid for gifted collabs unless the brand buys the rights to the content, which you set the price for.
Importantly, if a glitch showed your followers under 5k when you were over 5k, we can investigate this. Our Instagram integration syncs data every 24 hours, and if there’s ever a tech discrepancy, we ask creators to screenshot and contact us. We’ve resolved similar issues in the past and paid creators correctly.
We understand your frustration, but want to clarify that Bulba always pays creators for paid collabs and UGC purchases — we’re proud of that track record, and the thousands of creators who’ve successfully earned from the platform can confirm it.
