The app's interface harkens back to the iOS 8 era. There is no support for Dark Mode, no support for Liquid Glass or its new sleek keyboard. It is downright ugly at this point and it is inexcusable to fail to update the GUI for such a long time. 
Which is a shame, because otherwise the app has a great potential and is plenty functional 
Please update the GUI to the new iOS 26 Liquid Glass standard and I will change my review accordingly.

Транзакции през събота и неделя отнемат по 2 дни да се появят в приложението, какво е това да не сме 2016г.? Също твърде често изпращате реклами за кредити, кредитни карти и т.н. тези известия не могат да бъдат изключени и са дразнещи това да не е игра?

Your push notifications shows amount bigger than it actual payment amount. For
Example if I pay something in internet for 140 leva , the push notification will shows up 141.80lv This is annoying. Also why don’t you show the dynamic password generated in the push notification for phones unlocked with face recognition?!

Constant message updates that cannot be done online as the links attached always lead to an error message. I always have to come down to the branch and that is a huge inconvenience.

Too many problems with paying bills. Often shows “ no liability “ when there is. Not able to pay bills on time because of this. In fact I never received notification to pay particular bill for 8 months. For that being set, I now have huge bill with interest applied to. Not recommending this app for pay bills and more to name. 

Indeed, no international communication is available. I sent numerous of emails and never received a respond. My card is about to be shut down from bullbank.  They changed my atm /master card with limited options to receive or activate. I live out of BG. THEY MUST HAVE options to send the new card in abroad. I wrote many emails for support in this issue. and never respond to my emails This bank is horrible.

За повечето услуги е необходимо да се ходи до филиал. Плащанията стават бавно. Интерфейса на приложението не е направено удобно за ползване.

Не мога да си плащам сметките през приложението в извънработно време. Абсолютно целият списък показва “No liability”, въпреки че има дължими и те се показват, когато е работно време на банката.

От версия 3.17.0 и сега при новата 3.18.0 и на двата ми айфона изчезна звука при нотификация. При плащане пуш съобщенията пристигат но без звук. На всички останали приложения звука работи. В настройките на телефона звука е включен. В приложението нотификациите за карта и сметка са включени но звук няма. Мога и скрийн шотове да изпратя за доказателство но тук няма как.
