This update contains critical bug fixes for the group and plan management system:

  1. Data Isolation: Fixed bug where plans displayed items from other groups
  2. UI Accuracy: Fixed participant counts and active plan counts
  3. Feature Enhancement: Added ability for organizers to add items to existing plans
  4. UX Improvements: Removed non-functional email invite UI, streamlined to invite code only
  5. Performance: Better loading states and data fetching

  All changes are backward compatible. No database migrations required.
