Tried texting my clients and a few were complaining that they weren't getting texts on the very first day. This service is also expensive and out of date. Horrible experience. I have unused funds just sitting in the account that I can’t get out. All of their positive reviews are obviously fake. I can’t believe Apple would allow this garbage on it’s ecosystem. Instead of buying this product, email me and i’ll give you my address so that you can send me the money and i’ll email all of your contacts one by one... At least they would actually receive the info that way. Seriously don't waste your time just because you are desperate for a solution. I am using AtomPark and it is so-so. Next version will hopefully run smoothly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Junk *2024-11-20, version 2.7.8* Junk won’t work ### 1/5 — AWFUL APP DO NOT BUY!!!! *2024-11-11, version 2.7.8* First the app is outdated, it looks and operates like an original iPhone 1 app! 2nd what they neglect to tell you when you install the app is you have to logon to the website with your account and setup a sender id if you want messages to look like it’s coming from your number! I only found this out as I had to call support! I asked for a refund they refused and I asked for extra credits as I waisted 140 of them and they still refused despite the support guy agreeing with me about the app not promoting you to input those details or even getting any sort of instructions prior to using it!!! I will attempt to get a refund from Apple as this app does not work out the box there are lots of steps for you to do which is no where to be seen unless you buy credits and call support! It doesn't sync your contacts with your online account. The windows desktop and the mac desktop app are completely different.
