I have a login with password but I get an email link to login. I then get a text message from “shop” app, automatically tracking my purchase. However, I recently tried a new supplement or two that I didn’t like, and within the first week of purchasing I tried to return it, which it would not allow me to do which I find very disappointed I have not yet tried to contact Bulk Supplements, I’m not even sure if it’s worth it or if it’s gonna be such a hassle… I’m done buying through Amazon as far as their products go. I guess if the store is out online. My money will be spent elsewhere. they should fix that before they lose a lot more business than just mine! The products now often arrive in torn or flimsy bags that are hard to store and dispense. I frequently order in bulk and do not always notice the damage right away, yet the company will only compensate for issues reported within seven days of delivery, which means any later-discovered damage is my loss. Given the ongoing packaging problems and inflexible policy, I’ll be looking for a new supplier. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2026-01-04, version 7.9* After verifying my account the app still couldn’t recognize my login. I had to use the mobile browser to complete my purchase. I was able to login to my account through the browser. They are an online only store but app doesn’t work & when I tried to search on website, search bar wouldn’t work. Especially when I can go to a local store and not have to pay that shipping cost. There is a customer service, yet never any response to quiries about past purchases and or returns or credit. Use extreme caution and don’t expect any response to your quiries about their products. “WARNING” ### 1/5 — Dumbest IT People On The Planet *2024-04-05, version 6.6* If you choose a quantity of a product that they don’t have in stock, you won’t find this out until AFTER you have entered your payment details, and then, the app will wipe out all of the information you just wasted your time entering, so you have to freaking do it ALL OVER AGAIN!
