## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn't work with IOS 8

*2014-10-04*

App worked fine on IOS 7 and iPhone 4 but just an error message on IOS 8 and IPhone 6

### 1/5 — Awful service

*2013-02-11*

Don't use this service. The system makes frequent errors. Also the customer service is deplorable. When I called to complain they said they couldn't do anything to fix the mistake and hung up on me mid sentence. Do yourself a favor and just order from restraints with their own delivery.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2012-12-16*

App worked fine. Took time to place order and fill out information. Then got a call from company they don't deliver to Bogart, even though the app uses your location to find restaurants. The app should include info on their service area so people don't waste their time.

### 1/5 — Worst

*2012-11-28*

The app is poor, but the customer service is even worse. Pass this one.

### 1/5 — The worst!

*2012-05-07*

This is by far the worst app ever allowed in the App Store. It changes your order (I got a tofu sandwich when I ordered a pepperoni pizza), none of the menus work properly, they never deliver on time. Fix this app, fix your website and hire entirely new management. Then, I might consider ordering from you again. Anybody who posted a positive comment has been paid off.

### 1/5 — Negative stars- these people lie and don't even deliver half the time u order.

*2012-03-12*

Horrible customer service and dont deliver when they say they will. Caught the guy on the phone in 3 diff lies in one night.

### 1/5 — Waste of time: ugly and 0 usability

*2011-12-29*

Looks like a Windows 3.1 application. Not only it is ugly, but provides absolutely no more user experience than a hand written shopping list. Just a list of restaurants, with no additional info (what style of food etc.), then you get into a hard to use "menu", that opens with sections only. No tabs or anything. If I were Apple, I would not allow something this useless to waste my customer's time. Free or not, a usual web interface is easier to use.

### 2/5 — Lack of service from restaurant

*2018-11-02*

Food arrived extremely cold with no flatware to napkins. Definitely want order from Saucehouse again.

### 2/5 — Recent issue

*2012-10-03*

I love bulldog food but recently, the app just stopped working. It opens but it won't do anything.

### 2/5 — Eh

*2012-07-15*

There needs to be a more thorough menu...options for app/mobile users!

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works well

*2013-05-10*

The app works great! As a professor it's nice to be able to order for lunch and have it brought to me on campus. I'm not sure who is writing all of these negative reviews, I always get great service when I speak with them. I'm sure it is impossible to please everyone, I'm sure some terrible customers are out there too.

### 5/5 — Honest review

*2012-10-03*

I've been using this app over the last 4 months, and I've loved it, I've only had one order messed up the entire time and they fixed it with a great solution and also deliver pretty fast. Only big complaint I have is the drinks you order aren't cold sometimes but that's the worst I've ever had. No crashes on me.

### 5/5 — Flippin sweet!

*2011-11-02*

Awesome service, cool app. Keep it up.

### 5/5 — Cool

*2011-09-16*

Awesome but continuously crashes my original iPhone.

### 4/5 — So far so Good

*2017-07-25*

Easy ordering. Need to be able to check on order status and review previous orders

### 4/5 — Awesome Idea

*2011-11-07*

The way you can filter restaurants by the time you want your food delivered is great. Sometimes it can be slow.

### 3/5 — Overall

*2012-08-18*

The app does need to have "tabs" and possibly get pictures of the meals for each restaurant. The main reason I wanted to comment tho was to suggest on having a "tab" for after you checkout, you'd be able to see what you ordered then and in the past. (Maybe like your last five orders.) And basically have a order tracking so you know spot on when they'll be there
