All three types of Bulldog classes are offered: Activate, Invigorate & Exhilarate, lots of variety in length of classes, music, teachers: the app has it all! I have been practicing more yoga since I discovered the Bulldog Yoga app. Now I’m practicing up to 5 times a week instead of just once. There are so many different classes on the app that I get excited to pick one. The teachers are excellent, the music is awesome and classes are amazing. Who knew practicing yoga at home could so rewarding?
