### 5/5 — Good Sync & Simple

*2026-10-11*

Really like how this makes it easy for me to keep track of things, I have ADHD and I hate how many options and in-your-face controls the default reminders have. Nice that it immediately syncs with my watch and phone too!

### 5/5 — Nothing to it

*2026-09-22*

This is the simplest list app I’ve ever used 👀 does everything I want it to do.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 0.5.0 — 2026-10-15

Part two of the lists (plural) update—featuring a grocery list!

Yep, so, what you add sorts itself into aisles, like produce, dairy, etc.
Anything it can’t place left under uncategorized, and you can drag an item to another section to file it there; the next time you add it, the app learns where it goes.
I gotta call out that all of it works out on your iPhone; nothing is looked up anywhere, no data sent anywhere. I'm driven by a need to not introduce any of your data to things that would use it to learn how to make us into paperclips.
This release also includes using an alias when you enter a link! You can optionally use text to represent a link, rather than print the whole URL in a bullet.
And, I've switched from menu items to a proper settings sheet, in the ••• menu. The app is growing and I want to have a place to give options, help, and other controls to you all.

Quality of Life:
- Jump to any list. you can firmly press the list count—“2 of 8”—and pick one, instead of stepping through with the arrows (some of us have a lot of lists).
- I guess this is a bigger feature, but the Apple Watch got fully rebuilt. The lack of clean controls and the inability to grow meant it was time for a UX review and refactor. It's centered around one bullet at a time, scrolled with the crown, with a different feel under your finger for crossing into a bullet’s own sub-bullets, stepping between bullets, and leaving one group for another. Haptics ftw. Details can be found in the watch's help page.
- The lists also fade properly now: I had problems with the fade.
- A ton of under the hood changes for longevity and maintainability, performance upgrades, more tests, more guards, and debug options for test builds (if you want to get on TestFlight with the other nerds).

### 0.4.0 — 2026-10-10

The List(s) Update—you can now use multiple lists. And search!

We've added a clean interface at the top of your list: its name and simple, intuitive controls to navigate between lists or add a new one. Each list keeps its own archive too! You can use Manage Lists, in the ••• menu, to rename, reorder, or delete them. On Apple Watch, pick a list from the ••• menu. You can double tap a list name to change it from the list itself, or, change it in the manage lists menu.

You can also transfer a •bullet to another list. While editing a bullet, a move button appears, offers your pick of your lists, and sends it to the foot of the one you pick. Sub•bullets travel to!

Search for a •bullet
We added a ⌕ at the bottom right, for searching either your current list in view, or every list you have. You can group the results by list, and tap one to teleport to it.

In addition, we've made some QOL updates and squashed a bug or two.
- Hide what sits under a •bullet—you can tap a •bullet three times, and the ones under it tuck away, leaving a count beside it. Tap three times again to bring them back!
- The line you write on—a quiet + sits where the •bullet will be and becomes it as you start writing. We cleaned up the animation when you exceed one line, so your words wrap smoothly, with their new rule sweeping in beneath them.
- A new toggle above the keyboard when adding a new •bullet allows you to choose whether you're going to keep adding •bullets or stop at just one!
- Fix—a •bullet you completed could come back a second later, when a check of iCloud answered with the copy from before. Same issue as sub•bullets had in 0.2.0, fixed.
- Fix—A sub•bullet could be drawn in a different column from its •bullet. We figured anyone who is using multiple columns doesn't want to split up the sub•bullets.
- Fix—Folding a long •bullet moved a word as it folded, because of truncation and our refusal to hyphenate broken words. So we fixed that with a word truncation, not a letter.
- Fix—The list could crash on an iPad while it was working out its colors (oops).
- other stuff. check the blog for further deets.

Yep! That's it. Update •bullet on all your devices for these new features!

### 0.3.0 — 2026-09-26

Alright alright alright. This version contains a few fixes, and some new functionality for a better experience!
- Sub•bullets remember their •bullet. An iCloud race condition was causing de-sub•bulleting.
- An archived sub•bullet stays under its own •bullet in the archive, even when you complete it on its own.
- Restoring an archived sub•bullet offers to bring back the rest.
- On Apple Watch, you can now nest and unnest sub•bullets from the sort toggle.
- Long •bullets can collapse and expand: a long •bullet shows one line, until you tap it. Double tap is now edit.
- On Apple Watch, tap the ⌄ to expand.
- The add line now sticks to the bottom of the screen on longer lists, so you don't have to scroll around.
- On Apple Watch it moves into the bottom bar.
- Redrawn help pages
- VoiceOver can nest and unnest •bullets
- The Lock Screen and watch face count now says "1 •bullet"

### 0.2.0 — 2026-09-22

New update! Subbullets on all devices. This allows for easy grouping of tasks, without adding any executive function overhead! Subbullets can be dragged and dropped, with a simple swipe to tab in and out. Subbullets archive on their own, and can be readded on their own.
