Go check out the other stuff. Major call out: There isn’t a single element of functionality lost while using Bullhorn vs Apple podcast app. Bullhorn has a goal to innovate podcasting and make it interactive between peers, colleagues, friends, and family. I’m looking forward to the growth of this app. ### 5/5 — Call to listen option *2020-02-21, version 1.1.18* Straight up, the option to call in and use your minutes instead of your internet data has made this my only podcast app. I have 10GB of data per month so I’m not really worried if I have to use it, but it can add up if I listen to 2 or more shows. The audio quality is great through the call in option. As the Producer of the PermaGlitched Gaming podcast we have listeners who have limited data, by “calling in” to listen to the podcast they consume air time rather then data. With my other podcast app I would have to plan ahead to have a new podcast downloaded - and that’s IF my older phone would have enough memory - so that I wouldn’t burn through my data allowance. Those days are over with your call in feature! This place turn into a left Socialist outlet, the only thing I found about Infowars is their critics... Stay away of this mess ### 2/5 — No downloads, features don’t work *2020-08-30, version 1.1.25* Download doesn’t feature any indication that a download has finished or is in progress. Files supposedly downloaded require WiFi or data to play. Ingenious call to play feature seems to work about 20% of the time. So close to being a decent podcast player, fully functional it would be a great app to rival the bigger apps. ### 2/5 — Will not finish podcast *2020-06-24, version 1.1.24* I must be missing something. Cannot find a way to edit playlist or podcast in the queue. Multiple podcast will play fine until inside 2 min to go then jump back to beginning. Interface is nice. Particularly the new podcast displayed on hone screen. It’s annoying to have to find my place almost every time I start again. Five stars otherwise! I appreciate this feature very much. However, I can no longer find The Alex Jones Show on Bullhorn. Am I just missing it or have you banned it? ### 3/5 — I like the app but missing too many podcasts. *2019-02-13, version 1.1.6* I like the format and the functionality of the app, I also like getting away from the stock podcast app on my iPhone. However I looked for a few podcasts that I can’t get here so I have to go back to Apple. I looked for David Webb’s podcast and Sebastian Gorka’s America first. With all that being said, the auto download doesn’t appear to be working and sometimes the podcast doesn’t show any album cover. Maybe add the option to add a cover manually? Did trials w/the two big name providers, did not enjoy the interfaces, and didn’t renew. Bullhorn has everything I’m looking for, including my 2 favs, plus the brilliant listen-by-phone feature I’ve seen nowhere else. I tried it a couple times; sound quality was def. lower. But love the concept (duh!) and option, and of course, the FREE price…That’s all w/no more (fewer?) ads than the big 2. Best of all—if there can be better than something good that’s free—is that as far as I can tell, it’s neither Apple, Bezos, Google, Microsoft, nor Zuckerberg, meaning I get to feel better about the world and my place in it while listening.
