Other times it completely forgets my username and password even though I’m constantly checking the remember me option. Hit the back button= it logs you out, try to reset = it logs you out. Make a mistake, it will probably log you out. Been dealing with this horrible App for a few years now and it’s so aggravating it’s on the top of my list of reasons to stop travel nursing and take a regular staff job. The previous review worried me about using it, but it looks like maybe they fixed the issues previously mentioned. I put in 4 stars because I've only used it once so far. Initially, it worked well although it wasn’t easy to input time. I learned how to navigate the app sufficiently enough to input my time. I was always concerned that the time wasn’t being submitted as needed. Recently, I was attempting to input my time and wasn’t able to do through the app. I had to eventually get it done using my laptop. The app has always been a bit wonky.
