BullionView 1.4 splits "what is my stack worth" into the two questions that actually matter to stackers. Current value uses each spec's premium over spot — the figure a patient marketplace sale would fetch. Sell value uses a dealer-buyback spread — what your typical dealer pays you back today. On a Pro plan, pick which drives the dashboard headline in Settings → Portfolio value, or set it to plain Spot for a weight × spot view; holding detail shows all three rows side by side so you can compare them at a glance. Free accounts continue to see plain spot value across the board — the premium and spread math (and the selector that controls it) is a Pro feature. Six built-in calculators. A new Tools section on the dashboard opens six in-app calculators built for bullion stackers — Effects (see how premium, spread and VAT bend the price), Buying Power (fiat to metal, VAT-aware), Dealer Premium (work out a dealer's markup), GSR Convert (gold to silver at today's ratio), Ratio Mean-Reversion (what gold or silver would have to do to return to the historical GSR), and Portfolio What-If (slide each metal's spot price and watch your total move — Pro). Silver fractional bands are intentionally left blank — they vary too much for a single default. Your defaults table and per-spec overrides ride along with cloud backup AND with CSV export/import, so an offline backup is a complete backup. Make your own coin and bar specs. No-name silver rounds, generic foundry bars, the limited Liberia series your favourite dealer carries — anything that isn't in the curated catalog. The user-spec editor lets you set the name, metal, weight, purity, dimensions and premium-over-spot once, then re-use the spec across holdings just like a catalog entry. A multi-variant family form covers the common case where the same spec exists in several weights.
