I’ve updated and uninstalled and reinstalled and STILL not working!! This is my only communication for kids sports!!!

The app worked for 3 years no problem.  Now it is asking me to sign in, and won’t take anything even after changing the password or using my phone number

The app was fine at first but now shows me 3 notifications that I cannot get to because my token has expired.  But, it never sends me a token.  AND it won’t let me sign out either.  Yet I’m required to use it to communicate with my child’s coach.  Fix the bugs before making this mandatory!  It is not working right!

This app worked fine for about two weeks, then came an update. Navigation was more difficult afterwards and now I can’t even get into the app. It continually rejects my email password and when attempting to use the phone number, it never sends the verification code. For something as important as school communications, this should be better.

This app is a total waste of time and resources. I have been trying to get signed in for over 30 minutes and all I’m getting is error messages from bcps. No matter what I try. Not going to waste any more time. If it is important for me to know the school can call text write or visit. I’m done.

I have used this app for the last two school years and haven’t had any problems. Some time over the summer the app changed, and now it is extremely zoomed in on my messages and I have to sign in every single time I get on it. Sooooo frustrating 😞

The app has been great until every time I need to check “Rooms”, it makes me sign in again. Also, there isn’t an option when signing in to stayed signed in. Very frustrating!

I really like the new app so far. It will be even better when more features are utilized by the schools, like the athletics section. One thing I would really like included somewhere on the app is the full school year calendar that shows all the breaks and Bullitt Days. I still have to hunt it down on the website and it would be nice if it was more easily accessible on the app somewhere.

Will not let me access my child’s room or let me sign in. Very frustrating considering my child is young and I can’t stay up to date on their day, too many crazy things happen these days and it would be nice to be able to have something to access their day to see their progress or just in case of an emergency, etc.. I’ve tried to call the board of education and left a message for them to call back but no response, please fix these problems for us families that need that reassurance for our young kids!!! Thank you in advance!
