Bike App lets you manage your bike and equipment rentals, as well as helping you check out current local deals and vacation activities. 

Never Miss a Delivery 

Receive text alerts when your order is processed and delivered while using the Bike App to verify you’ve received your order. 

Secure Your Rental 

Each order is provided a lock to secure your rental with. If you forget the combination, it’s always available to you in your order details in app. 

Report an Issue 

Reach out to our customer support team with an in app ticket that provides tracking on the solution and response.

Product Description 

Track your current and past bike or equipment rentals with Bike App. Use the app to manage the pickup and return of your rentals, and enjoy responsive communication on any questions or issues regarding our service. Fast and secure delivery with lock provided. Browse various local activities and exclusive deals.  

 

Permissions 

Bike app requires access to the following services to operate as expected: 

Camera: Allows the Bike App to open and use your built in camera to provide photo evidence of the state of your rental/equipment. 

Flashlight: Allows the Bike App to use your light in conjunction with the Camera to take photos in low light or dark conditions. 

Location: Allows the Bike App to access you’re your location to validate order pickups/drop-offs and to help you discover local offers. 

Phone: Allows the Bike App to pre-populate the customer service number on your phone’s keypad.
