They always hit a minimum of one treble per throw, and that’s very unrealistic… if that would be fixed, it’s definitely a 5 star game ### 3/5 — Not very happy! *2025-07-07, version 1.2.8* I like the set out of the game, where you go from zero to hero. But I am fuming currently. I have finally just managed to get into the masters final after multiple attempts in the semi final. Only to open up the game again to find I have to try win the semi final again. This leads me on to my second point, the amount of times I have hit the board and it’s fell out is uncountable and rediculous. My opponents never have the issue, but I do. In the semi final (the one I had to play again because of the inconvenience) I hit the match winning double right in the centre, oh but of course, it bounced out with no exact reason. I went on to lose that game. Good game in terms of the way it’s setup. The AI never has a deflection or bounce out of any kind! You used to have it and it was awesome Secondly. The AI is trash I played 4 tournaments and only lost 2 legs and those I should have even won but I messed up my scoring. Seriously the ai is terrible. They will score 1 treble twenty then the other two darts veer off into single 5 and 1. It’s so repetitive and there is no competition. Please improve this game. Or create a new payed for version with No ADS and online back. I would gladly pay for it ### 3/5 — Good to be back but ..... *2020-12-31, version 1.2.0* Having waited for so long glad this finally arrived . Still love and prefer the original on my I pad however by far a better game even if it’s the same players , I can no longer play the original on my phone due to the software updates . I have actually just Re downloaded the BDO 2017 version which is much nearer to the original . This is a lot harder which is good , but to get 180’s and 9 darters is nigh on impossible although I have one of each ... So like everyone else to smash all other dart games out there .... update to the original format with the following . On line playing with other users 🙏 you could do this on original version Career made ( how many 180’s ,170’s best average etc ) Not so sure on the new characters ...🤔PDC / legends version please ? hoping there will be updates with more tournaments etc soon not wanting to be all negative .... a great effort but with sone major tweaks I would quite happily pay to remove ads which I’m sure others would if more reasonably priced. ### 2/5 — Local Multiplayer *2020-12-21, version 1.2.0* Maybe my games glitched or something but there’s only 5 leg games on local multiplayer. The game as a whole is a huge downgrade to the IOS 8 version. Great work. ### 3/5 — One leg forwards, two legs back *2020-03-01, version 1.0.0* Back in the day this was my most played game on iPad by, pardon the pun, a long shot. Was disappointed to find out it lost compatibility along the way. Fast forward to today and I grab the Masters Edition. First impressions, it’s loaded with ads. Fair enough, but just charge for it. I’d have paid £4.99 up-front, but not paying £7.99 just to remove ads. Hate this model where you are compromised unless you pay. I quite like the presentation, more like the bowling game, and I like the blur effect as you pull the dart back. I also like the extended career mode on offer. But...that’s where the compliments end. The physics have clearly changed, so yes it needs some adjustment. But, the repeatability just isn’t there. Also, as others have commented, the unrealistic number of bounce-outs and deflections off darts ruins the game. Honestly, if I can hit this many 120s, then I should have plenty of 180s, but no, it’s like the game either issues a bounce-out or deflection to stop it. Sure I’ve hit 180s, but the balance is all wrong. As somebody else said, might as well give us just two darts. Relative to its legacy, which was easily 5 stars, this is a 3 for me. Wouldn’t take too much to make it up to 4, but I can’t see this ever being a 5 for me. Times have moved on, and had they replicated the old game but just given it better graphics and more modes, it would have been a solid 5 again quite easily. ### 3/5 — Needs improving! *2019-12-30, version 1.0.0* This was the most addictive game I had on my phone a couple years ago.. I’m glad it’s back but the bounce outs and deflected darts are just ridiculous! Might as well just give us two darts to play with. In comparison to its predecessor *2021-04-14, version 1.2.0* Yes only had this app downloaded ten minutes and had to delete it! As it was atrocious! The dart doesnt even release properly! Impossible to aim at the T20 because of the lack of compatibility on the iPhone X parts of the screen don’t work do it works in patches! Completely useless! Not to mention the £7.99! To remove ads! Ridiculous! Rip off! Not even worth £0.99 it’s very, very, poor!
