All the good review are fake. You will loss money, can't even break even on their pallet. Save yourself time and money. ### 2/5 — Couldn’t login *2024-01-05, version 3.11* The app is giving me trouble logging in; it repeatedly shows an error, insisting on a valid password. They show high retail prices to get you to buy, but you need to look carefully, most of what you get is used, broken or unusable and sold/sells for less than you are paying for it. ### 1/5 — App lagging *2023-03-28, version 3.9* I can’t browse anything without the app crashing all the time ### 1/5 — Got too expensive for pallets. *2022-09-23* First I want to say that I have actually bought from them before and for the most part it has been profitable. But since they have jacked up the shipping for pallets to like $1000 plus for value of way less for the products this company I just do not know if anyone could afford to continue buying from them. Even worse is the cases, they used to packe then full and now just a few items in them. I am going to have to source from other companies to make a profit. Definitely recommend getting your reseller certificate and buying from a site opposed to using BULQ anymore. For the people saying they got broken stuff and things that didn’t work. Make sure you pay attention to what condition the pallet or case is listed under when going through the listings. When I was a noob I purchased a pallet of clothing and other items thinking they were uninspected returns. Turned out I wasn’t paying attention and ended up being a salvage pallet! Even then I ended up tripling my money! 👍🏻🤟🏻💪🏻❤️ Listen, mistakes are inevitable. So, yes there’s can be an error in the manifest like the wrong price or whatever. But for the most part everything is on point! 👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I resell for a living and finding BULQ has been a game changer! Not only did it help my business! Whenever I’m in the market for something I check bulq first! I purchased my brand new amazing $2000 sectional for $400. My daughters car seat and stroller were free after selling the rest of the pallet they came in! Got my $3000 hybrid mattress and base for around $500 ans more! So if you’re nervous that this is a scam. It’s not! They are legit! I’ve been using the BULQ app for over a year with no issues. Until last week or so it started getting really buggy. Freezing and delays daily. I have to delete and reinstall it every single day! Once it’s reinstalls it works great for a while but by the end of the day(late night) the delays and freezing start up again. It’s super annoying! Please help! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Also, some suggestions/request! 1.) A more accurate search engine would be awesome! I’ll search for sectionals or down comforters and only some of the listings show up. It’s frustrating sometimes. I end up spending HOURS going through every single listing trying to find certain items. Literally an entire day if there’s a lot of lots to go though. Subcategories and brand name filter options would be really helpful, as well! 2.) I know this is never going to happen but I’d love it if I could save certain searches(stuff I’m in the market for) and then get a notification if that item ends up being listed! (Similar to mercari) I’m still going to give 5 stars(even with the recent bugs)! ### 5/5 — Favorite Liquidator! *2022-01-21* Firstly, the app is really refreshing! Easy to use, filter what you’re looking for in multiple ways. It also adds in the shipping costs when you click on a pallet so you can easily see your unit cost per item prior to purchase. If you source multiple pallets from the same warehouse, you’ll save even more on shipping. Very clear on pricing - no hidden fees hitting you later. I also like that you can straight buy and not have to do bid on auctions, etc. I starting using them in early Nov 2021 and have so far purchased around 20 pallets (from clothes to electronics, new and uninspected returns). Manifests are very accurate. I’ve only had one item missing so far in all that I’ve ordered (I order huge pallets). But, that can be the liquidation game sometimes. Make sure you go in with the right expectations and you won’t be disappointed! I’m sure if I had contacted them on the one missing item, they would have done whatever to make it right. I didn’t because, again, that’s liquidation sometimes and other companies don’t even compare to Bulq (with the exception of Market Street). I really hope they keep the company policies and app up as I’ll be a customer for life. If you do use the app and agree about the ease of it, be sure to send them an App Feedback through the app and let them know!
