There are also other residents of lower class who whether will try to help you or kill you depending to area. You can knock down Gang Bosses to gain more influence on the streets and earn more respect in those streets. Every new opened area brings new interesting missions to complete in order to earn more cash or you can be a nice bum and help people by doing public services.
