## What is Bumbal Mobile?

Slimme, gebruiksvriendelijke software

Bumbal is erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Het is ideale software voor groothandels, retailers, e-tailers en productiebedrijven en serviceorganisaties met eigen voertuigen. Bespaar veel tijd bij het maken van de planning en de afspraken met klanten. Verhoog tegelijk de klantbeleving door keuzevrijheid op een gebruiksvriendelijk online platform. 


Ideaal voor chauffeurs

Als chauffeur zie je in de app een overzicht van je ritten. Van a naar b en het bijbehorende tijdsbestek. Natuurlijk inclusief de activiteiten lijst: wat leveren, laden of lossen. Je ziet een overzicht per activiteit dat werkt als een stopwatch. Klik gemakkelijk op start en stop en de tijden worden automatisch geregistreerd. Via de app op je smartphone of tablet scan je barcodes, registreer je handtekeningen, noteer je beschadigingen of manco’s, voeg je foto’s toe en natuurlijk schakel je gemakkelijk naar de routeplanner vanuit de planning. Indien nodig bel je vanuit de app direct de klant. De planning kan bij elke rit notities plaatsen. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer de klant nog moet betalen. Ook ziet de planning direct wat de chauffeur noteert in de Bumbal app.


Afspraken maken

Het maken van afspraken met klanten voor service aan huis of bezorging waarvoor de klant thuis moet zijn kan tijdrovend zijn. Met Bumbal maak je heel makkelijk (automatisch) afspraken met klanten. Klanten kunnen zelfs hun eigen afspraken plannen waarbij een efficiënte uitvoering toch geborgd is. 


Planning maken

Handmatig of automatisch plannen. Met Bumbal plan je jouw mensen en voertuigen zoals jij dat wilt. Maar wel altijd makkelijk slim en snel. Zonder kilometerverspilling.
