### 2/5 — Can’t find Bluetooth

I ordered two devices and neither will connect to Bluetooth even after updating iPhone, shutting on and off multiple times, and ensuring the app allows Bluetooth connectivity.

**Developer response:** Hello. Please contact support@bumblebls.com and we can assist you in how to get your devices connected to the app. I want to make sure you are aware that you dont need to connect them to Bluetooth in your phone's Bluetooth settings. They only need to be connected in the app. They also come with a warranty so if for some reason we aren't able to figure out a solution we can send you a replacement.

They keep timing out on Bluetooth and won’t stay connected no matter what you do. It’s so annoying.

**Developer response:** Hello. I'm sorry you received a defective product. As with any electronics, there is always a small chance of receiving one with glitches. That is why we have a 1 year warranty. Please contact us to get a replacement sent out to you.

This app and B-Pulse are great for EMDR with adults as well as for kids during play therapy sessions.

I use the app to control the B-pulse BLS devices with Bluetooth and I appreciate the amount of control I have over the vibrations. You can make them faster or slower but also longer/shorter and gentler/stronger. The music is very calming too, I used it even without the B-pulse sometimes.
