As a new parent, there’s so much focus on the baby that it’s easy to forget the person doing the caring. Bump to You is one of the first apps I’ve seen that really puts postpartum recovery and maternal well-being first. The daily check-ins are simple but meaningful, the community feels supportive, and the app offers helpful resources without feeling overwhelming. I also love that it celebrates progress in a positive way instead of making you feel guilty if life gets busy. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, this is a resource I’d recommend having during the postpartum journey.
