I set my subscription to a month and sure enough, my account gets banned for “breach of terms and conditions”? Continually emailing to ask what specifically have i done wrong to a generic reply of “you have breached our T&Cs.” Be very careful. It seems boarder line extortion to enable me to have a months membership and then block my account for a month without viable reasons. In short, the experience of the free matching function in the user diversion stage is very bad. I can't even chat with someone who likes me for free, even if I watch ads. I’m a paying subscriber at $12.99 per week, and my account was suddenly deactivated. I’m assuming it was because I shared my phone number with someone I was getting to know, but Bumpy has not provided a clear explanation. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I joined a dating app to meet someone, build a genuine connection, and potentially find a serious relationship or even marriage. If two consenting adults meet on Bumpy and decide they want to exchange phone numbers and continue getting to know each other outside the app, why should that result in account deactivation? Am I supposed to keep every relationship confined to Bumpy indefinitely? What happens when I meet someone who could potentially be marriage material and we naturally want to communicate by phone, text, or WhatsApp? I understand protecting users from scams, harassment, spam, and inappropriate behavior. But voluntarily giving my own phone number to someone I’m interested in dating is a personal decision. If that violates Bumpy’s rules, then Bumpy needs to clearly explain exactly what rule was violated and why. I was actively using the app, paying for a subscription, and getting to know people. Now my account is gone, and I’m left with no meaningful explanation. Bumpy should provide transparency, tell me the specific guideline I violated, explain whether this was an automated or human decision, and give me a legitimate opportunity to appeal. A dating app should help people develop real relationships—not punish them for deciding to take a genuine relationship beyond the app. Until this is explained and resolved, I cannot recommend Bumpy. Not from one person. And I deleted my profile made a new one thinking it will help its bee months. And your telling me not one person had even viewed my profile it’s like the black listed my profile or something , seem maybe perhaps I need. To pay Jsut to talk to ppl. But then again that may just be a scam! Like.
