### 2/5 — Works most of the time but cannot manage appointments

Kind of useless when it’s “please call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment “. The app can make appointments but not cancel. I can’t call until a few hours before the appointment due to timeszones and airplane mode so will have to no-show because of this.
