It was supposed to respond in about a minute, but I gave up after it did not respond for DAYS! THE WORST PART: I followed instructions to delete my account during the free trial. BUT THE STILL CHARGED ME $99 IMMEDIATELY AFTER FREE TRIAL WAS SUPPOSED TO END. I have tried to contact them by their chat tool, by web forms, and emails. 🦗🦗🦗🦗 It's impossible to reach them.
