They just collected all the information from me and when it came to give actual output it just failed. I took the free trial because I really wanted an AI coach that could give me immediate second opinions. The daily tips were pretty good. But the AI coach was awful. It was supposed to respond in about a minute, but I gave up after it did not respond for DAYS! THE WORST PART: I followed instructions to delete my account during the free trial. BUT THE STILL CHARGED ME $99 IMMEDIATELY AFTER FREE TRIAL WAS SUPPOSED TO END. I have tried to contact them by their chat tool, by web forms, and emails. 🦗🦗🦗🦗 It's impossible to reach them.
