In the past couple of months, however, they have become unreliable. They continue to change my delivery times when I make an order. It’s one thing to change it to later in the day, but unfortunately when i am buying groceries I can’t wait 5 days to get them. They used to be good, but they no longer communicate at all when they’re bringing your food. The past few times they’ve left my perishable food outside in the sun with no insulated bags and I had to throw some of it out. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times, tried to call to see when my food was on the way. No more.
