Also, I have Apple’s «Numbers» et «Pages» installed, which I paid for, of course. I also run «LibreOffice», a substitute of MS Office. I’ve never been able to open the downloaded templates from this «Templates for MS Office» app in «LibreOffice». The said-downloaded templates always opened in Apple’s «Numbers» or «Pages», which was not what I expected from «Templates for MS Office». Thanks for reading me. I was looking for a customer success story template, something I’d use for business, which it didn’t really have. But I can’t complain about that. The recent update cleared my purchase information. The restore purchaes fucntion isn't working so, now I have an app that I paid for that I can't use. I emailed the company, hopefully they will be responsive. They should be able to cancel your purchase and give your money back. https://support.apple.com/contact ### 1/5 — Extremely DISSAPOINTED. *2017-06-13, version 3.6* The App downloaded and appeared to function, however all the "Templates" are on the app suppliers server so open internet access is required. Every one of the templates has to be edited individually if a change is required, there is no "global" change available when a template is downloaded. To change any one template is fine EXCEPT if the template is a business card you have to change All the individual cards on the page. I don't understand the reviews complaining that you can't edit them - I can only assume they don't have MS Office installed. Duh!
