Wait why is this app actually so good?? I downloaded it just to try it out and now I use it every single day.

It keeps me on track with reminders (without blowing up my phone), and the workout suggestions are my favorite part. Like it literally helps me figure out what to train so I’m not just guessing at the gym. Didn’t expect to love it this much lol.

Okay I actually didn’t expect to like this app this much 😭 I was using a paid tracker before and this one is honestly better.

The reminders are super helpful without being annoying, and I love how it tells me what muscle groups to train based on what I’ve already worked that week. It lowkey feels like a little coach in my phone.

Also being able to track my meals in the same app just makes everything way easier. It’s really clean, simple, and just works. I haven’t even thought about going back to my old app.

I’ve been using this app for a bit now and I’m honestly surprised more people don’t talk about it. It has all the stuff you’d expect from those paid tracking apps, but it’s actually free. Everything’s laid out clean and it’s super easy to keep track of everything without it feeling complicated.

Also, I’ve tried their peptides too and the quality has been really solid for me. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve used so far.
