### 3/5 — Pay lower then when I accepted delivery

*2026-07-21, version 5.0.0*

The pay was not the same as when I accepted the delivery. It was a long drive and I had to sit in heavy traffic on the way to pick up and on the way to drop off. Then two full pallets of of LVP to carry up a strap unfinished driveway. I expect better than this from Bungi. I really hope they fix this! But this is the first time they have done this. Aside from this run, it’s been ok so far.

### 2/5 — Not the same anymore

*2026-07-13, version 5.0.0*

If you were thinking of downloading or making money that dream has been shredded on that app, u can work hard and one time u get a flat tire or any natural disaster from god they will kick u from the app . Suspension is slow due to not being able to talk to live support only text and it will take weeks to be reactivated. Not only that but there is so many orders that pay only 20$ and this app is made for pick ups moving heavy freight and it isn’t worth the strain on your vehicle . I gave two stars becuase I had made money in the past and hoped that they would fix the issue but there is little to no jobs on the app so it’s a waste of time

### 1/5 — Drivers don’t matter

*2026-04-13, version 4.0.0*

This app doesn’t care about you. I got send to pick up some at Lowes. Lowes was out of stock for the items. And now Bungii Flagged me and I can’t get online anymore because I couldn’t pick up an item that was OUT OF STOCK. I drove all the way to the store with ‘WAR gas prices’, got paid 0 dollars, and on top of that they ban me for not delivering something that’s OUT OF STOCK. They lost nothing and they flagged me.. The only ones losing are the people driving for Bungii with these gas prices. And their customer service will only laugh at you because they think you’re their only option. Move on to a different App.

### 1/5 — Free labor

*2026-03-29, version 3.0.0*

Pay is too low for manual labor to unload.

### 3/5 — It’s ok

*2026-03-01, version 2.13.0*

Can be better by already including tolls and of course gigs can be better paid compared to other apps.

### 1/5 — Bungii do better

*2026-02-25, version 2.13.0*

App is not it anymore .I don’t see offers at all. I have addressed the issue to support excuse is always there is not demand in your area right now. Beginning it was smooth ,I was very active. Took so many jobs far distance sometimes the pay was not great but at least there was work. I feel like the bots taking all the offers before they pop up on my screen. Very disappointing for Bungii. You get a lot of illegal drivers with not real documents taking jobs all the time while ppl who actually are here legally don’t get jobs anymore.

### 1/5 — Pay could be better

*2026-02-18, version 2.13.0*

You all pay more for picking up less weight and smaller loads than you do pallets. Doesn’t make since

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2026-01-27, version 2.12.0*

It's been over 4 months since I filled out the application and it's still under process. A great way to steal your information. I don't recommend it at all.

### 2/5 — No Tips! Heavy loads for very little $ & the devs don’t seem to use the app!

*2026-01-13, version 2.12.0*

Edit: Want to move 2000+ pounds for $32? Then this is the app for you!

The positives: The support reps are amazing. Some gigs offer decent pay. You get to work at your own pace and are not required to maintain a certain “acceptance rate”. Gigs are generally low pressure.

The cons:
The offers are few and far between. The majority of offers seem to be for 1500-2500lbs of tile/materials and the pay-out is less than 20% of what the customer is paying for the service. For example, one particular tile company offers a “white glove service” and their ad features a large moving truck with a forklift and several people unloading. So, when I show up with my personal vehicle and a hand-cart/dolly, folks are often confused and a little disappointed.

I’ve accepted deliveries for 2000+ lbs, but have received only 18% of what the customer paid for the service.

For loads exceeding 1000lbs, I would HIGHLY recommend Bungii assign 2 drivers and offer fair compensation.

Delivering 2100lbs for anything less than $150 is insane, especially considering we’re using our personal vehicles. Kudos to those drivers who keep accepting those deliveries though…

I’ve met drivers who have accepted 2 “solo” loads of tile at 1500lbs each and they are expected to unload all 3000lbs by themselves, all for less than $100? Meanwhile, the customer has paid 2.5x that amount for the delivery service…

Other cons: the app requires you ALWAYS share your cell phone location so if you forget to toggle this off after every shift, your phone battery gets drained and you’re giving Bungii your location data for free. Also, simply opening the app switches your status to “online” automatically. Imagine: your boss always knows your precise location at any given time, even after hours. Creepy!

Gigs have become less frequent and by the time I get a notification for an available gig, it’s usually taken before I can even open the app up.

There’s not really an easy map view to see where the pick-up / drop-off locations are so while you’re trying to check these details in your preferred map app, the gig usually gets scooped-up by someone else.

There’s a “tip” option, but none of us drivers have ever received a digital tip.

I have a 5’x8’ trailer with removable front/rear gates, but Bungii won’t let me accept “A-frame deliveries”, yet they’ll give those gigs to folks with a standard 6’ pick-up truck-bed.

If their developers would use the app themselves, they would see the repetitive notifications for gigs which have already been taken and the few other glitches us drivers encounter regularly, but in the tech world: “If it’s not customer facing and isn’t bleeding money, then why fix it?”

At the end of the day, Bungii’s gigs are so few and far between, and the pay-outs are negligible, that I’ve had to resort to finding other contracting apps in order to find regular work. Bungii has, unfortunately, taken a back seat

Ultimately, I would like to see:
Better compensation for moving 1000+ pounds of material. If a customer is paying $250 for “white glove delivery”, then why only offer your drivers $35 (or less)? That’s absurd. Who’s pocketing the remaining $200+ on these gigs? The tile store? Bungii?

Also, don’t charge your drivers for Bungii hats and shirts - maybe reward your drivers after they complete a certain # of deliveries?

OPEN UP DIGITAL TIPPING! The customers have no way of digitally tipping drivers!!!

Their claims that you can earn upwards if $35/hr are based on your travel time from pick-up to drop-off and do not include your travel TO pick-up or running empty back to town.

### 1/5 — Terrible company

*2025-12-01, version 2.11.0*

Do yourself a favor and find a company that cares about their drivers and pays a living wage per load. This company will expect you move a pallet of tile of 2.5k lbs for 32$ while they collect 250$ for it or 350$ for Aframe and pay us 140$ for it. White glove deliveries they get upwards of 700$ and pay us less then quarter for going up 3 flights of stairs with 1700lbs of flooring. Driver support is rude and if you ask for a bit more money for a load they’ll tell you to kick rocks. Worked for them for a year and 5 months with 1250 5 star jobs completed in the Chicago market just get deactivated over something so ridiculous. They DO NOT take care of their drivers specially the ones who have been with them awhile and are the backbone of the “company”.

### 1/5 — Can’t make even register. No response from company.

*2026-09-01, version 6.1.0*

Can’t make even register. No response from company.

### 1/5 — Customer support down bad

*2026-09-01, version 6.1.0*

The support for drivers has been progressively getting worse. I’ve had a glitch on the app that won’t let me start deliveries for over a week now. I was instructed to email them with the issue which I did. One week later, still no response. Pathetic.

### 1/5 — Horrible company

*2026-08-06, version 6.0.0*

I was doing a duo. My partner was an hour late. They said if I canceled the duo, then I will get deactivated then I completed the duo they said I will be compensated and only gave me $11.33. Then they escalated me anyways and deactivated my account. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever been through with any delivery company.

### 1/5 — Glitched

*2026-07-14, version 5.0.0*

Would not let me retake the 3 questions simple test bc the app is glitched so -1 star review for this hunk of junk app

### 1/5 — Absolutely waste of time…

*2026-06-24, version 4.2.0*

So not only does this app make you go through nearly an hour long sign up process including a 26 minute video, demands you buy all this equipment and makes you sign up for a separate bank account… just to offer you jobs that barely cover fuel expenses and most of the jobs aren’t even in your state…. What an absolute freaking joke and waste of time! This company actually expects you to take jobs moving items weighing hundreds or thousands of lbs for $25-50…. Unreal! Deleted!

### 1/5 — glitchy

*2026-06-10, version 4.2.0*

the app always freezes and needs to be deleted and reinstalled witch takes about 45 minutes every time that i have to pull over and stop my day even in the middle of a delivery it’s very annoying and frustrating

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2026-04-26, version 4.0.0*

No jobs in my area and yet they want you to waste time taking all these pictures and making sure you have all this equipment like there’s a lot to do or something? And do all the tests and there’s no jobs on this app.. waste of time

### 1/5 — Pay

*2026-04-21, version 4.0.0*

They expect u to drive 16-17 miles and unload thousands of pounds for $30-$40 and instead of paying fair they just let new drivers on who know no better

### 1/5 — Driver

*2026-04-16, version 4.0.0*

I had the worst experience with this app

### 1/5 — Bungii

*2026-04-14, version 4.0.0*

The problem with this app is how indiscriminate its suspensions are and how uncommunicative their staff is. I understand that they have a commitment to ensure deliveries are made on time. But they spare absolutely no consideration for the men and women performing them. There should be filters for what kind of deliveries you receive, time frames, money received up delivery. There should be compensation for gas considering they will send you hours away. There should be a process where once a delivery is accepted by you are able to make notes or adjustments with extreme penalties. There is absolutely no consideration given to the driver just exploitation of people who desperately need the money. And also if you knew how much these deliveries were making Bungii you would be extra mad

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great driver experience

### 5/5 — Very good

*2026-08-25, version 6.0.0*

Nice

### 5/5 — Warning Warning Stay Far Away!!!!

*2026-08-22, version 6.0.0*

I strongly recommend doing your research before signing up with this company. In my experience, the process required providing a lot of personal information, purchasing equipment they required, and jumping through several hoops just to get started. After doing all of that, the opportunities and experience were nowhere near what I felt had been represented.

I also had serious concerns about how drivers are treated and how work is distributed. At times, the loads did not appear to match the weight or details I was originally given, which can create major problems when you’re actually doing the job. The payout timeline was another frustration and felt much longer than it should have been.

I also personally felt that I was treated differently after contacting the company about problems I was having. As a Black person, some of my experiences left me concerned about whether everyone is treated fairly. I can’t speak for every driver or prove the company’s motives, but I can speak about how the experience made me feel.

Before spending money on equipment or giving them your information, please research the company carefully. Look at reviews from multiple sources, including YouTube and other drivers’ experiences, and pay close attention to complaints about loads, pay, communication, and treatment.

I wish I had done more research before investing my time and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I also know that a major influencer is looking into this company and plans they recorded these experiences just show live time to bring attention to what’s allegedly been happening. I have a connection to the situation, and I’m definitely interested to see how the company responds once a much larger audience starts asking questions.

People can dismiss one person’s experience, but when more drivers start speaking up and sharing similar concerns, it becomes much harder to ignore. I can’t wait to see what comes out and how they address it publicly. Do your research before spending your money, buying equipment, or handing over your personal information.

### 5/5 — A Positive Start with Bungii

*2026-07-23, version 5.0.0*

I’ve had a good experience with Bungii so far. The app is straightforward to use, the delivery instructions have been clear, and most of the customers I’ve met have been friendly and appreciative. I’m also grateful for the opportunity to complete multiple deliveries in a day, which helps make the time on the road worthwhile.

Out of my first six deliveries, I only had one issue, and overall the experience has been very positive. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Bungii and would recommend it to others looking for a flexible delivery opportunity.
