## What is BunkyNotes?

BunkyNotes is a roomate app that has live status updates such as Working, Sleeping, Do Not Disturb.... It also has a house calendar, payment history for rent, and a group chat to help everyone stay in sync...  It also has built in basic template for building rental agreements, signing them, and archiving them for future reference...
