How to ride with Bunny: Load the app to find available scooters near you, scan it with the app, flip up the kickstand and ride away like a Bunny! When you have completed your ride, park it within the allowable areas that is shown in the app. End your trip by parking the scooter wherever any bikes are allowed to park. My friend and I had so much fun riding the scooters around downtown area. The scooters were fast, they even had helmets for people like me that are concerned about safety! Apparently they were having issues with these emails. Hope to ride again this summer when visiting family. So much fun and a great way to travel the waterfront area! I only had glitches ending the rides a couple of times, the trick was to make sure the data’s on. The phone can sometimes pick up a wifi network that’s not authorized, so you can’t end the ride because there’s no signal. Just turn off wifi and end the ride using data. Got my deposit back alright! ### 1/5 — Avoid It *2019-11-08, version 1.4* I added this application to try it in Kelowna. Ride was fun but pause mode does not work properly and waste your money. After multiple requests, I believe my $15 deposit will never be refunded. Don’t give your money for this scam !!! ### 5/5 — Great way to get around *2019-11-04, version 1.4* Pretty cheap to do and get around Kelowna area!! I recommend doing it! ### 1/5 — 🤢🤮 *2019-10-10, version 1.4* It charged the fee but it never got unlocked. It is a reaping off service ### 1/5 — DO NOT RENT BUNNY SCOOTERS!! *2019-09-13, version 1.3* I’m really not sure how Bunny is still in business. Their scooters are constantly dead or not working properly. The app isn’t user friendly. And worst of all, if you have any questions/concerns about inaccurate fees or withheld security deposits. You will end up attempting to chase them down for months, with no answers. My wife and I rented 2 e-scooters in Kelowna at the end of August. Only used $10/each of preloaded money in our wallets. Was charged (2) $25 security deposits and have spent the last 3 weeks attempting to recoup my deposit(s) Impossible to get an answer from anyone at Bunny... still waiting. DO NOT USE BUNNY SCOOTERS.
