Then, out of nowhere, I got a white screen that said, “Could not load your profile,” with only two options: “Try Again” or “Sign Out.” I tried both. When I signed back in using the same account information, it told me my account couldn’t be found. Just like that, everything was gone. I don’t know if this is a glitch or if the app is a scam, but either way, it’s extremely disappointing. I spent my time using the app, only to lose access to my account right before cashing out. I watched the videos and i watched the extra ones for 1,000 coins and i was credited but the next morning, you took almost all my couns away. You took my coins so i can’t cash out. After this i’m ignoring the app and you need to delete it. This is the fourth time i’ve told you to delete this account. Your email doesn’t work. Your customer support doesn’t work. I gave my email to be contacted. No email came. You’re a scam and a joke. I confirm to delete my account. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t get rewards or scroll past menus due to update *2026-07-20* When I opened the app I experienced major issues regarding unable to school rewards, social, couldn’t open profile settings, and couldn’t claim daily quest rewards. It made it almost broken. Whatever the menu in the app, please fix everything and make the menus scroll-able so that not only I have an ability to claim back on track, but to make others satisfied... I don’t mind the occasional ad or the extra option to play games and earn more rewards but what are these carrots and carrot coins? I finally felt like I was accomplishing something with having earned almost 6k in. In carrot coins and then I accidentally buy ‘carrots’ for 5k and all my progress is gone. Plus, nothing tells me what these ‘carrots’ are for or what to do with them. Such a scam and waste of time. ### 2/5 — Pretty suspicious *2026-07-14, version 1.3.1* It does somewhat motivate me to walk more, but once I got near the $3 for 3k coin goal, those suddenly disappeared and the next one (which was originally $5 for 5k coins) is now $5 for 50k coins. And when I tried to contact support through their in app channels over a different thing, it either would tell me I needed to “approve” it in my email (I wouldn’t receive an email) or would just say my browser won’t let me continue (same browser that let me in the first few times btw) ### 1/5 — Very suspicious *2026-07-11, version 1.3.1* I converted ~13k steps but only got coins for up to 8k. I tried to contact them through a form and it said the form needed “approval” and I should have been sent an email to verify it. I checked, spam, everything, and found nothing. So you can’t submit a form. They offered an alternative email address to contact them and I tried to send them an email that way. Moments after sending I got an email from the Mail Delivery Subsystem telling me the group I tried to contact may not exist, or I may not have permission to post messages to the group. So you can’t email them either. I uninstalled. Seems very suspicious. ### 1/5 — Junk App *2026-07-10* Been using the app consistently for a couple of weeks and then all the sudden it kicked me out. They don’t actually pay out the gift cards you earn nor have a way to email them to fix the issue. Stay away from this app and others that this company do. Don’t trust them. Still waiting been a month no payout. It’s still pending. ### 1/5 — Bunny Steps *2026-09-04* Unsure of how to earn daily bunny steps and earn XP for the day. Hasn’t been going up adding the xp points since the day I’ve started. Please fix this right now or tell me what I am doing wrong. They get paid for that but they don’t pay us for that. Does not let you cash out and now it’s saying that I can’t sign into my account. This is after I done racked up $60. I think I’m gonna take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and maybe start a lawsuit. ### 1/5 — Waste SCAM *2026-08-29* Don’t let them rob you of your time! I finally have enough for a payout and the app magically doesn’t work. It says to try again or sign out. Tried and still can’t get in. I did everything right, watched all the ads just to be robbed of my time while the made money of my hard work and tracking me! Apps like this shouldn’t be allowed in the App Store!!! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-25, version 1.3.3* Funny that it suddenly says I’m using a VPN when I’m close to cash out the first time - even though I’m not - and I can’t get into the app! Avoid!! Update - VPN error seems to have been solved, but now haven’t received my reward after redeeming it. Have emailed support. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-08-22* Liked it at first. Cashed out once I hit $5. It said it would deliver my funds in an email even though I did PayPal. Never got an email after waiting a week. I sent an email to customer service days ago and it still says my funds are pending. It's stuck on pending, though the estimated day for the payout to go through is long gone. I wrote customer service twice, but they claim you need to "activate" the form for it to be turned in, and they sent an email to accomplish that, but no email to "activate" the customer service issue form is ever received. Real rating ZERO STARS. It worked fine the first time around. I was able to make a small cash out of $5. After that the app stopped crediting me for achievements earned through games. I tried to contact support on the app. No response. I tried to contact by email. It bounced back as an undeliverable email. It did allow me to attempt another cash out of my remaining balance. However when I try to check the status of that withdrawal I get a screen that says my account can’t be found. It’s too bad. I enjoyed this app when it worked. ### 5/5 — Awful *2026-08-15* My gift card has been pending for a long time. This is clearly a scam.
