Started imputing all my handwritten pedigrees . Tedious but I know once all necessary info is in place future pedigrees will fall into place more quickly. But after using the app for about 6 weeks, and after paying the monthly fee, I am unable to access my account! 😡😡 I’ve contacted support multiple times. I’ve asked for assistance in the “can I help you” section, I get absolutely NO RESPONSE! I’ve screenshot the proof of payments. I’ve screenshot the page that shows up when I try to log into my account. I’ve made a payment (it’s automatically paid) every month. I CANT DO ANYTHING. ALL THAT WORK OF INPUTTING PEDIGREE INFO FOR NOTHING! I WANT A FULL REFUND for the months I’ve paid but couldn’t do anything on my account. I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS APP. I enjoyed using it until all it does is take your money and then you can’t even use it. ### 1/5 — Steals your money SCAM *2023-04-10* If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased this app for the year and it was fine the first year. My subscription renewed in March and I haven’t been able to use the app since. I try to log in and it says it wants me to pay for another year even though I already have, when I click resubscribe it tells me I’m already subscribed. I have contacted support many times with no response. Guess I’ll be taking this issue to my bank. In reality they should refund me for last year since all my records were on the app and now I can’t even access those. DO NOT BUY!! ### 1/5 — Worst App DO NOT Pay *2023-02-15, version 2.4* I have contacted these people many times! Bug fixes? Never are fixed! They charged me three times and never fixed anything there. The app crashes doing many tasks! I have contacted them via email, the chat way in the app, screenshots, etc. This is NOT worth paying for in anyway! Regardless of changing owners it is not worth it! ### 1/5 — Not “free” *2022-04-29, version 2.4* Was looking for free apps to track breeding so that I could add it to my evans program when I sit on the computer. This is a total scam. Only gives you 14 days for free. Then your looking at $15/month, $60/year, or $150 unlimited. Not for nothing- that’s HALF the gestation period so how would we even know if we like the program enough to purchase it. **Developer response:** Hello, the very first screen clearly states a 14 day free trial and you agreed to it . All the pricing info is shown on the first screen as well, you can't even sign up without agreeing to this so we don't feel like this is a fair review. Charging for an app with a lot of features and a team that wants to be paid is not a scam, it's called a business. We assume you don't like to work for free either... A lot of time and effort has been put into this app. ### 3/5 — Review *2021-04-22, version 1.5* Loved the free version then I paid the yearly plan of $59.99 and it freezes all the time, doesn’t save info and just is a pain in the A** **Developer response:** The app has changed the owner and we're sorry to see you've had issues in the past. Please always contact support in these cases, technical bugs happen and can't be resolved without users reporting them.
